MozillaWiki:Spam

If you see a spam page on MozillaWiki, please report it by following these steps.

1. Reporting the spam page
   • Create an bullet list entry below, under the section for the current date. If there is no such section, create it using the format    == YYYY-MM-DD ==
   • The entry should be a wikilink to the spam page, including the namespace (e.g. MozillaWiki:ExamplePage, and not just ExamplePage). You may optionally include a reference to the spamming user as well.
   • If there is additional information, which is of importance but too extensive to be posted in the list below, you are welcome to make an explanatory/informational entry on the discussion page.
     • Create a new topic for your entry.
     • Add the tag "discussion" to your list entry, by adding the code   {{small|(discussion)}}   after the link you entered (e.g., the code [[User:ExampleUser]] {{small|(discussion)}} produces the text (link neutralized): [[User:ExampleUser]] (discussion)).
2. Flagging the spam page
   • Add the template {{spam}} to the top of the page you wish to report. The template will automatically add the reported page to the category Category:Spam.
