About
The goal of the kick-off form is:
- Efficiency & Speed - A streamlined process enables projects to reach our users faster
- Responsibility - Ensure we honor our guarantees to users in security, privacy, legal and data safety
- Cross Team Coordination - This process informs critical parties within the project lifecycle so projects can proceed with proper team involvement

Overall Process
- Fill out the kick-off form as soon as possible - it's never too early
- If some information isn't available or is in flux, no worries, just provide as much info as possible
- This form will create a single tracker bug that can be used to track the overall progress of each of the efforts
- Based on your responses one or more bugs will be filed for security, privacy, finance and legal.
- Each of these bugs would be a blocker of the overall tracker bug - now anyone can easily see the status of any of these reviews
- Since you've answered the overall questions here at the kick-off form, we will copy in relevant data and prevent each group from asking you for duplicate info
