Starting localization tonight of Major Update text, which has been approved
New start page snippets for beta 4
- 32 locales have localized the beta page, so these snippets will be there

Getting Started (one of the most highly visited pages) is already translated in most cases, so it *is* included in the web l10n plan, but in most cases, it is translated
Tips and 100% Organic are not visited at all, so these are not mandatory
