Summary: We will talk about the importance of support for user retention and exemplify how contributors can match new contributors to our different areas of contribution (Knowledge Base, Help Forums, Army of Awesome Twitter helpers and Localization). SUMO one of the best places for any contributor to get started with Mozilla, regardless of their background. We want to show you how amazing and important SUMO is and how to attract people to contribute to SUMO, help our users and grow the Mozilla community.

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): This session will aim at contributors that are growing the community with the background information they need to bring people to SUMO so that they can get started.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Expand the ability of contributors to pitch SUMO as a first contribution step

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Any Mozilla volunteer interested in growing the community and SUMO volunteers looking to grow their locale
