== Summary ==
A 3x3 grid with a gutter around each tile will be displayed in about:newtab page. If there is not enough space for the fixed size 243x150 tile and 32px gutters, rows and/or columns are removed.In the Tile Grid, some tiles will be Top Sites (based on user frequency), and others will be Sponsored or Partner tiles.
