Welcome to the Mozilla QA Community Wiki!

As our Mozilla community grows, this page will provide a central place for QA volunteers to help us better organize, plan, and execute our community testing. Any documentation or information that you feel will benefit our QA efforts is welcome here.

Who We Are

Aside from the few of us working at Mozilla, there are many volunteers that help us with Mozilla QA. In order to get to know each other, feel free to add an entry to Mozilla Testers and tell us more about yourself. How long have you been a Mozilla volunteer and/or user? Where are you from and what do you do when you're not testing/hacking for Mozilla?

How Can You Help?

  • Most of our updates and calls for help will be posted at the Mozilla QA Blog
  • Tell us how we can work together better by sharing your thoughts and ideas in the Suggestion Box

Community Test Days

  • We will have regular Basic Functional Testing (BFT) events during important stages of our release cycles. They will provide you with a great way to get involved and give both Firefox and Thunderbird a complete workout while you test all the latest features and bug fixes. The full suite of BFT tests can be found through Testrunner. The MoFo QA team will create test runs there during BFT events that you can use to guide you.
