Administrators

Admins have complete control of the system.

Event Organizers

Event organizers have a vouched log-in to Mozillians

Event organizers can:

  • initiate the scheduling of events
  • edit the pages describing the event
  • add Participant Descriptions to an event
  • edit the description of participants

Experienced Event Organizers

Experienced Event Organizers are Event Organizers specially designated by Producers. Their events skip moderation by producers and are automatically scheduled.


Participants

Participants are the people "on stage" in an event. Speakers, panelists, and perhaps the event organizer. Biographical and other personal information about them is in the Participant Descriptions. Participants can:

  • Edit the descriptions of themselves

Producers

Producers can:

  • Schedule an event initiated by an Event Organizer
  • Edit event description pages
  • Edit participant description pages
  • Change the status of an event page
  • Promote Event Organizers to Experienced Event Organizers

Viewers

Viewers need not log in and can view all public events.

MoCo Viewers

MoCo Viewers are viewers who have logged in with a mozilla.com or mozillafoundation.org email address. (...and have been authenticated as having current LDAP logins?). They can view all public events and MoCo-Only events.
