Summary
At this time I am not sure which data will be stored in the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and what will be stored in the Air Mozilla CMS. For now the below assumes everything is in the Air Mozilla CMS.
Due to the complexity of the data entry a preview would be very handy.

- At what point are users prompted to login?

Can private event data be displayed on site or must this be hidden (is the only thing private viewing the actual video)?Private videos do not appear anywhere unless logged in.
Questions
- Who can create events is this public (mockups have edit link in nav)
- What is stored in DAM
- Are all videos added to archive checkbox (see bugzilla mockup)
- Do we need Air Mozilla stream checkbox (see bugzilla mockup)
- Do we need IT support checkbox (see bugzilla mockup)
