Previous Action Items

• BC: document collective knowledge about su and rooting
  • https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Fennec/Android/Rooting/adb
  • official Android su binaries have different command line usage than sh. Our code assume sh command line option -c. Question whether emulator depends on su usage?
• wlach: blog about sut/dm command-line tool
  • not done, will do after meeting

B2G

• emulator tests are trying to get running, webapi tests, followed by reftest, mochitest and later xpcshell. We're seeing some weird flakiness in webapi tests, investigating.
  • consider using dom/tests/dom-level*/... as they are always green. That is a good sanity suite for verifying the harness and OS/scheduling/reporting is good.

Eideticker

• B2G tests are in the works, a few hiccups while using the panda board
• next up armv6 tests

Fennec Automation

• reftest resolution changes are making some progress

Mozharness/CI

• b2g emulator unittest (mochitest/reftest) script finished in theory
  • some things preventing harnesses from running on aurora branch

Round Table

• Mozpool/Lifeguard relationship to BMM (Black Mobile Magic)
• failures on tbpl
  • we need better and clearer error messages
    • problems that are only indicative of other issues should just be warnings, not errors (e.g. )
    • if there *is* a problem (e.g. fennec failed to start), we should try to print error messages in the logs which are as clear as possible about that.
