B2g oem support plan

This plan describes the goal to partner with OEMs on support for b2g.

1. Initial introductions and contact with Mozilla project management to get started on building a relationship. (done)

2. Assess scope of the relationship and draft tier 3 relationship including draft of issue levels, proposals for resolution and communciation.

3. Initiate contact with support resources at OEM and conduct live meeting.

4. Agree on terms and whether SLA is needed to close.

5. Draft SLA and review with all stakeholders.

6. Signoff with OEM on support tier 3 SLA in advance of launch.
