dkl is nearly ready to launch native rest api

bram's work on mozilla skins looks good! nigelb and asheesh may start contributing on this

user profile ready to launch more or less. It may get delayed to next week since the performance investigating is a priority.

Report from open source bridge conference.

• a bunch of people came to discussion of bugmastering and what it is/can be
• more people came to a 1.5 hour walkthrough of BMO and incoming bug triage.

Note for liz to show developerbox to Andre.

• configured to use modperl not modcgi, you have to restart apache after code change
