Issuer requirements

If you are a system that will be issuing badges, this is the place to add your requirements.

User requirements

If you are a user that is going to be maintaining a badge backpack either locally or on the web, this is a place for your requirements.

Consumer requirements

If you are a system that will support the display of badges, these are your requirements. For example, this might include systems such as Wordpress, Drupal, or Mediawiki.
