END: Summer program end date
Indicate when your program concludes. If there are several start and end dates throughout the summer, please clearly indicate that. If there is no end date, please indicate that by writing, "Not applicable." We will use this information to think through learning pathways and also to consider the frequency with which someone might earn a badge. We will also use this information to help potential badge earners find your program and participate.

Indicate the primary location where the program will be occuring. If there are multiple locations, please indicate all locations that will be issuing a badge.
