Backup plan - Dev has two node cluster, Stage has three node cluster, all hardware identical to prod. We can steal one from Dev, then one from Stage if needed for capacity while hardware ordered is underway

stage is working but all the commander script does is call shell scripts

Then, working on a couple PRs to get the scripts chief is using into the repo
Then, the commander script needs to be added to the repo and its functionality moved up into python

Soccoro Puppet module being open sourced (from push postmortem)

Timeline for full open sourcing is unknown right now. But they have a process for pulling in modules from Github into the SVN tree, e.g. we do this with https://github.com/rtucker-mozilla/puppetlabs-firewall , so I am making steps towards getting our module in a state where we can put it on GH
