On Jan 08, 2007 at 08:00, lt18-linux-tbox experienced a service outage for 4 days.
What was effected:
Lt and Sb builds on the Mozilla1.8 branch.
What was the cause of the outage:
The build was stuck waiting for someone to accept the connection key to AUS2.
What will be done to prevent this in the future:
coop connected to aus2-staging by hand and accepted the keys. Always connect to symbols, stage, and AUS2 and accept keys when initially setting up a new tinderbox.
