On Sept. 28, 2007 at 3:30am PST, qm-winxp01 experienced a service outage for 30 minutes.
What was affected:
Windows XP unit tests on the Firefox tree
What was the cause of the outage:
'/bin/sh: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable' errors (too many processes?)
Has this type of outage happened before?
No
What was done to repair:
Rebooted qm-winxp01.
What will be done to prevent this in the future:
