It is driven by the motto to give people the power and control of one's data and privacy on the Internet. We are an association of students who love the FOSS community and help in contributing to the various products of Mozilla by coding,marketing or even using the products. Like the Mozilla foundation, we also pledge to:

  • Use the Mozilla assets (intellectual property such as copyrights and trademarks, infrastructure,funds, and reputation) to keep the Internet an open platform;
  • Promote models for creating economic value for the public benefit; and
  • Promote the Mozilla Manifesto principles in public discourse and within the Internet industry.

Who we are:

We are basically a bunch of students who are interested and value the principles, ideas and community building spirits of Mozilla.We act as a bridge between students at college and the Mozilla community.

What we do:

We organise various Mozilla session in college such as Maker Parties,Data Privacy importance talks, Bugzilla sessions and many more. The idea is to keep most of the session hands-on so that the participants get a better experience of learning. Our sessions are not just confined to technical aspects but also in marketing various products of Mozilla like the Firefox browser, Thunderbird, Spider Monkey, etc in a fun way from what one likes to do.
