Clint's crazy idea for more testing on lightning
- Can we test re-packed builds?
- Any issues with using a fake mail account and logging everyone into it?
- How can we prepopulate that mail account with invitations
- Can we do something where people mail each other invitations and such and test transforming specific messages into events and vice-versa (assuming that feature still exists)
- Can we get a testplan of specific items we want people to run through for the test day?
- This will all be done in preparation for the test day on next Thursday, Dec 4

Doing a lightning beta for TB3 beta2 sounds like a good target. We've already made good progress and lots of changes. Nobody disagrees.

- davida/dmose think a lot of stuff still needs to be done, especially amount of UI changes is worrying
- we've sorted out a lot of tb-integration stuff already, will try to get even more stuff fixed and resolve those worries
