- Introduce a blacklist for moving or randomly placed cell networks (we already had one for Wifi networks)
- Start calculating a cell/WiFi range based on a bounding box around all observations
- Add GeoIP support based on a city-level commercial data set
- Add more runtime metrics and continue looking at different graph backends (for example elastisearch + kibana)
- Continue writing and testing load tests

- Continue debate about possibly license for opening up cell data, current preference is public domain (CC-0)
- Decision seems final to use MLS in Tarako-based devices without a GPS sensor (FxOS 1.3T branch)
