Vision: One of Mozilla’s top level 2014 goals is to increase its volunteer contributor base by 10X. Every week, dozens of Mozilla community events (defined as events that are either organized or attended by Mozillians where the primary aim is to increase and improve contribution to the Mozilla project) take place around the world. Community events can and must play a central role in achieving this goal and the CBT Events Working Group was created to help event stakeholders across Mozilla share best practices and be more strategic, intentional and thoughtful about events.
