Emergencies

In case of emergency please use the nagios bots on IRC to send me a page. You can find the 'nagios-corp-phx1' bot in #moc on irc.mozilla.org. Issue a page by issuing a command such as: "nagios-corp-phx1: page bkero things are broken"

These pages get sent to my phone. In case I do not respond in kind (on IRC) you can reach me by phone. My phone number is listed on my Phonebook page.

Non-emergencies

For lesser priority work, you can find me on IRC on irc.mozilla.org and freenode as 'bkero'.
