- Responsible for all aspects of the event including planning, content, and implementation.

- Responsible for coordinating all food & beverage service.
- Content Selection (bug 1186999)
- Ali Spivak + Content Advisory Board
- Responsible for shaping and selecting content.
- Creative & Design Coordination (bug 1134326)
- Lizz Noonan
- Responsible for coordinating all graphic and design asset needs. Works with internal Mozilla creative team as well as external vendors.
- Marketing and Outreach Coordination (bug 1191615)
- MDN Contractor
- Coordinates all marketing and outreach activities. Includes social media.
- Meeting Coordination

- Schedules meetings, ensures notes are taken and posted.
- On-site Logistics Coordination (bug 1191616)
- Shez + Magnify
- Responsible for coordinating all on-site logistics including Venue, WiFi, A/V, Catering and Security. Works with individual coordinators in those areas.
- Responsible for coordinating with venue staff to meet conference space needs. Works with other coordinators as needed.
- Party Coordination (bug 1191617)

- Responsible for planning and coordinating official event party. May work with individual coordinators as needed (catering, security, etc.)
- Physical Assets Coordination (bug 1191618)

- Responsible for acquisition, handling and storage of all physical assets related to the event.

- Responsible for setting up electronic event registration, triaging registration-related issues and inquiries, managing on-site registration and any post-event registration related follow-up.

- Responsible for all speaker coordination and communication.
- Sponsorship Coordination (bug 1191622)
- Ali and Sandra
- Responsible for all sponsorship-related activities: Sponsorship prospectus, sponsorship outreach and development, sponsor fulfillment, sponsor post-event follow-up (e.g. thank yous).
- Branded Assets & Swag Coordination (bug 1191623)

- Responsible for coordinating all conference swag. Works with design, marketing and sponsorship coordinators as needed.
- Finance Coordinator

- Responsible for tracking accounts payable and receivable and ensuring spending and revenue are on track.
- Technology & Web Coordination (bug 1191624)

- Responsible for over all technology related to the conference. E.g. website implementation, integration of registration and website, etc.
- A/V Coordination (bug 1191625)

- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of on-site audio visual elements. Works with sponsorship, marketing and logistics coordinators as needed.
