1. Feature overview

This feature solicits review feedback from active Firefox Mobile users in order to boost the number of 5-star ratings. Apps with a 5-star rating are cited as 30% "more likely to try" by mobile users. Both positive and negative feedback will be collected.

The 2012 Firefox Mobile goal is a 4.5 Start Play Google review average

Metrics of Success:

  • Increase of 25% of 4 and 5 star ratings
  • Majority of 3, 2, & 1 star ratings redirected as Input messages

2. Users & use cases

  • A user is able to provide positive feedback in the Google ratings system.
  • A user is able to provide negative feedback to Mozilla.
