KR2	Ensure that 90% of online users have received and installed an update within 1 business day		Bug 1307569 was created to track work to make Go Faster rollouts faster. Notable bugs here are making system add-ons restartless (bug 1204156), and bringing down the interval for system add-on updates (bug 1307556).
KR3	Establish system add-ons as a replacement for the hotfix system, by ensuring a hotfix is not shipped this quarter.
