  • Conduct QA tests on completed Feature Stories from Sprint #1 and Sprint #2 and create new Defect Stories.

2. Sprint Planning

  • Review newly prioritized Product Backlog containing new Feature Stories.
  • Estimate Story Points for all stories in Product Backlog.
  • Determine Sprint Duration
