Deadline for speakers to indicate if they need Pre-Camp Support:

Please complete this form by MAY 6th if you need support with any of the following items before the Launch Camp:

• Technical needs (including demo devices)
• Presentation support
• Design support

If you are a keynote speaker - today is also the deadline to register your travel information so that we can ensure you have a room for the evening of Friday (May 24th). PLEASE NOTE: Keynote speaker rehearsal is at NOON on Saturday, May 25th. This is mandatory.

May 8th

• Deadline to submit any materials that you need included in the paid-staff guidebook. To include relevant materials in the guidebook please email Tasha at tmiller[at]mozilla[dot]com

May 15th

• Deadline to submit a rough draft of your presentation to review with your Content Lead (as a reminder, Content Leads are Collaboration - Chelsea Novak, Training and Advocacy - Brian King, Inspiration - Kate)

May 21st

Deadline for keynote speakers to send their presentations to the Show Director to be loaded into their computer.

May 22nd

• Deadline to send any training materials you need printed to the vendor (mmariscal[at]seecolombia[at]travel)

May 25th

• Key-Note Speakers: Rehearsal (noon at the Hotel Ballroom)
