What's Moving This Week (and who to contact with questions)
- Executive team working on the theory of change update. (Sarah W)
- Mark and Mathias finalizing logistics for September 5th event focused on the role of European foundations in AI, held at Mozilla Berlin. (Sarah W)
- Insights team (IHR team) working on the finalizing the content outline for the companion piece for PNI, a production plan, announcement of the IHR book and an outreach plan for H2. (Kasia)
- The new 2019-2020 Cohort Fellows have all been notified of their selection! An announcement will follow in September. Onboarding will take place at MozFest. (F&A team)
- The newest Creative Media Awards will be announced September 17. (F&A team)
- Mozfest House and Mozfest session planning. Youtube campaign follow-up, Emotion Recognition campaign preparation; preparing strategic plan for Luminate grant renewal. (Campaigns)
Notes from the last Executive Team weekly meeting
No exec team meeting due to PTO last week, but our main priority was the refreshed strategy overview and Theory of Change that incorporates our work and thinking around healthy AI. Angela also joined the Partnerships team in San Francisco for their team retreat.
