Continuing discussions with RSM (fka Tate & Tryon) to renew accounting services contract for 2020; Planning on closing 2019 MoFo financials by 3/13/20 (Operations team)
Collateral materials; Remote conference participation strategy; prep for Twitter AMA (Communications team)
Hosting a Responsible CS Challenge Symposium at the SIGSE conference in PDX (Jenn)
Rapid planning and prototyping to move the Fellows Summit online (Janice, Ann Marie, Amy)
Ford grant review (Amy, Bob)

Executive team meeting in April - The executive team is scheduled to meet in person at the end of April to work on long-term planning, including sequencing objectives over the next few years.
Performance reviews - Checked in on the process overall, and discussed increased support for goal-setting with people managers next week.
