Status

Status of tweaked templates (Sean + Neil). When will these be ready and on stage?
Theme customization stuff (Ryan) When will this be ready and on stage?
FeedWordPress/Project planet sites (Ryan) -- when can we get that set up and running on stage? Will need to do some testing to make sure it works as expected?
Widget-enabling the center main column, sub page left-hand column, and making col headers editable (bugs 506236, 506248, 506237) -- are these blocked on waiting for the tweaked templates? How long will it take to do that?
Search result + archive page templates -- are those going to be done along with the new template tweaks?
Migration strategy (Ryan) - status?
Launch strategy with IT (Ryan) - status?
Launch strategy with Cbeard (Deb) - meeting on Tuesday, July 28.

Content entry -- somewhat blocked on template tweaks and widget-enabling -- not completely, but mostly. I'll finish up what I can over the weekend.
QA/testing -- blocked until we can get the content in as it should be.
Further bugs will be found as we complete the content and QA. Hopefully it will largely be minor.

late - Templates into staging site with content for a test project (Ubiquity, most likely) + make sure everything works (Ryan: July 13-15)

LAUNCH ETA: end of July (July 30 since 31 is a Friday)

Adjusting launch date: I think we're going to have to bump delivery by at least a week at this point, if not two. Thoughts on setting a new target of August 13th?

Template tweaks should be done and on stage by end of day today (Friday)
Still need to do background images for individual projects, but all other graphical assets are ready
Theme customization stuff: ETA middle of next week (Wed)
Sean is going to file a bug about what bits are needed for theme customization
Project planet/feedwordpress stuff will be ready by end of day today (Fri)
Widget enabling bugs will be completed by end of day today (Fri)
Search/Archive templates will not be ready immediately but shortly after -- won't take long
Left hand sidebar of subpages will be widget enabled -- Pages and Links will be added via Widgets
No response from Zandr about Migration/Launch strategy - Ryan will continue to try to get a response there, Deb will escalate on Tuesday if there's still no word
QA will help with testing as they can, but it is not top priority item. Will do a Test Day with community participation (which will be awesome). Deb will send a ping when there is stuff ready to be formally tested.
Set new launch target to: AUGUST 13TH
