- Sean: Overview of Labs team review -- how'd it go? What changes did they request? Etc?
- Ryan/Sean: Templates + outstanding design changes/tweaks
- Could we get everything from the wiki page filed as bugs for tracking?
- Ryan: Migration strategy
- FeedWordPress plugin -- still broken, pinged the bug today (might have to shift this to 2.1 release)
- Sean: Newsletter banner
- Deb: Launch planning
- Deb: Content
- Testing - are we ready to start running through the test plan? If so, Deb can do a whole bunch of that over the weekend.
- I want to get final sign off from Beard/Labs on Tuesday afternoon if possible (Wed at the latest) so it has to be launch-ready before then.
- Are we going to be able to launch on Thursday?
