Notes

  • Outreach for Ubiquity 0.1.7.
  • Documentation for Lock Down Feed Plugins
    • Correction: LD feeds are fully documented.
    • See Code-Illumindated docs linked to from the LDFP tutorial.Tthat's the reference, and the LDFP tutorial is the guide.
    • The tutorial is also linekd to when the user uses the command editor and selects "locked-down" from the feed type drop-down. and when they click "share" it's auto-shared to the LDFP playground at ubiquity.mozilla.com/locked-down-feeds.
  • Videosurf
    • New (first) partner
    • This is the default video searcher in 0.1.7.1 (which is the version now on AMO)
  • i18n is hot now! Check it out. (or we should join forces)
  • Revisiting Labs/Ubiquity/0.2 Roadmap Proposals - the road to 0.2
    • New parser + webpage commands?
    • UI pluggability is still a priority (especially the Mouse UI plugin)
    • But, UI pluggability is of lower priority then the new parser integration
    • So we can either replace the UI pluggability with the new parser in the 0.2 goals, or add it. Either way we'll still be making more 0.1.x releases; 0.2 is really more of a long-term roadmap (like Mozilla2!).
