Dear Mozilla abuse team,

I am employed by and represent Amazon.com, Inc. and its related companies in this request. I write regarding the add-on available for download at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/kindle-ebooks/?src=search

Amazon and its related companies own exclusive rights in the Amazon trademark and logo, Kindle trademark and a design mark that contains a person under a tree, including trademark registrations in the United States and worldwide. Representative U.S. registrations are Reg. Nos. 4171965 and 4067393 (Amazon); 78874830 and 85799118(Kindle); 43842174 and 3987712 (a person under a tree), registered for a wide variety of online retail services, e-reader devices and related services and goods.

The above cited add-on (Kindle eBooks), available on the Firefox platform, uses Amazon’s trademarks and logos without our permission. This use is likely to confuse consumers into believing that the infringing add-on is provided by, sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with Amazon.com, which it is not.

I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that I am a person authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.

Thank you, /Elena Dzhalazova/
