rustc landings:
- Make `MatcherPos::stack` a `SmallVec`.
- Avoid the Box in `TyCtxt::associated_items`.
- Change `Lit::short_name` to `Lit::literal_name`.
- Move `static_assert!` into librustc_data_structures.
- (ena) Remove `OpenSnapshot` and `CommittedSnapshot` markers.
- Use `Mmap` to open the rmeta file.
- Wrap some query results in `Lrc`.
Other:
- Good progress on new DMD viewer.
