- Many many many changes to Android code, requiring build fixes and rewriting to get rid of some dependencies. (ICU, JSON, ...)

- WebRTC tiger team has dedicated server setup in the QA lab up and running
- trying to get tests in which compare audio and video tracks to the constraints
