Windows Mobile

There are 5 blockers left for the next milestone, 3 of them have patches. Jemalloc appears to solve our memory issue (aka the checkerboard problem), which is great news.

Bug 479584 XPCOM WIP, updated patch with build instructions coming tomorrow.
