Autophone

• Autophone is now Tier 2
• Autophone Talos on Nexus 6P backlog.
  • Due to my error, we stopped running Autophone Talos on 2016-06-07. I have backfilled through 2016-06-19. Due to device disconnection issues, the backfilling through 2016-06-26 is taking longer than expected.
• Issues with mach mochitest - bug 1284560 mach mochitest' fails on android (4.3 emulator) and Autophone - bug 1284575 - mach mochitest fails on Nexus 6p (android 6.0.1)
