  • I recently enabled Android x86 tc builds on trunk. About half a year ago, I asked if we should be still be running Android x86 builds given the number of users it has. Indications were that we should. Has this changed in light of recent mobile announcements? Are we still going to continue to ship Android x86 builds for the foreseeable future?

Autophone

  • gbrown fixed Bug 1285040 - devicemanagerADB pushDir (without zip) pushes to sub-directory with latest adb
  • bc working on Bug 1285578 - Autophone - move test root to /data/local/tmp
    • It may not be absolutely necessary to run with test root on /data/local/tmp since due to a quirk in the way the permissions are fixed on the scard allow rw for files to any member of sdcard_rw. It might be necessary if x is required though. Since /data/local/ is a supported fall back for the test root, this should be fixed even if we don't make the change in Autophone.
  • Sheriff Pain points which may cause Unit tests to be hidden:
    • Bug 1284079 - Intermittent TEST_UNEXPECTED_FAIL | autophone-mochitest-webrtc | Test exited with return code 1
    • Bug 1283449 - Intermittent aspect-ratio-1a.xhtml | assertion count 24 is more than expected 0 assertions
