Summary: The web is every where and so is your App! We'll go more in-depth about the Mozilla open web app platform and how it all comes together to enable the building and distribution of cross-platform apps. From idea to an app in the Mozilla Marketplace in 30 minutes! That is how easy it should be! It is possible to create a rich app experience using open web technologies. This talk will help you get started.

  • Marcio Galli, April 4th, 2012 — This doc ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Apps/Getting_Started ) is the main doc linked from the marketplace URL. Do you know if the basic instruction actually works? I tested and it says: navigator.mozApps is undefined. So I found no way to get started.
