Mozilla Day Abidjan
In recent years our local community with events generated a lot of interest for mozilla. Many people, institutions businesses, students want to know more about Mozilla and ... This event will be for these all actors a learning opportunites more about Mozilla. This event will bring together stakeholders of ICT , open Sources communities , entrepreneurs , Fab Labs, universities of Ivory Coast.
One of the aim of this event is to connect all these actors with Mozilla also to interest them to Mozilla products , mozilla technologies and to Mozilla projects.

University of Abobo Abobo Adjamé (Nangui Abrogoua University) The university Nangui Abrogoua is with the University Félix Houphouët-Boigny, one of the two public universities in Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory Coast. This university is the second largest and prestigious in Ivory Coast .

The teChEcosysteme and webEcossysteme is booming here ... Several corporations here seek Colaborations with giants of the web and technology. It is a great opportunity for us , to connect Mozilla with ivorian tech community ..
Nouchi is the most spoken language in Ivory coas after french. It is primarily spoken by young people. Firefox in nouchi would increase considerably the number of users in Ivory coast. This will create a lot of excitement around Firefox and Mozilla here.
Mozilla Ivory Coast lacks of contributors in technical field (Code and other). Yet , there is a various open source communities here ... Connect Mozilla with , will permit to recruit more than 10 contributors in technical areas .
