Mozilla Kenya Tour/Events
This being a tour, it will be made up of several events spread out through 3 months accross Kenya. The events making up this tour are categorised by regions.
Coast
Coast province contains the port city, Mombasa which is one of the three cities located in Kenya. Over the years, Mombasa has gained popularity with major universities as well as institutions setting up branches in the region. With that said, the following activities will take place during the tour there:
- Mombasa Tech community Outreach
We will have an audience of university/college students and tech enthusiasts in the region for a full day hands on event.
Nakuru Town
Located 157 Km outside Nairobi. We'll be visiting the Egerton and Kabarak universities here
- Egerton University - EUCOSSA Open Source Day
We've been invited as guest speakers by the University in collaboration with the EUCOSSA club which is based also based in the University.
