  • Big locations patch landed (starting point!)
  • Un-blocks us from the rest of the dependencies: search via the API and adding to profile views

  • Landed and need to add a field
  • Dev is getting an Apache-level ISE
  • 2 issues: both likely to involve cturra
    • update script was running update_product_details (should run -f) - need to file a bug
    • local devs are not working; looking to see if this is a bigger problem
  • Take-Away: file bug for update script to cturra/IT, figure out why local dev isn't working

Process

• Smaller/Iterative Features
  • Large features need to be broken up into smaller iterative features and treat the feature bug as a tracker
  • jsocol will delegate responsibility if he can't do it
  • aakashd will help with at least large strokes to help with development
  • this'll help with reviews, process, stability and speed
  • Take-Away: jsocol will write out a newsgroup post; aakash to create tracker bugs for larger scoped features
