• Fix 404 FAQ/Create a FAQ for BYOB bug 657714

WebDev (addons support etc)

• update of the Addon installer to address the changes introduced with Firefox 4 (https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Addons/Add-on_Manager) Appcoast is looking at it, and hopes to have something ready to go end-of-week.
