    • Sanitize list (remove dupes, clean up text fields, etc.)
    • Aggregate data and generate reports
    • Post to intranet
    • Announce to company via email and yammer
    • Schedule prioritization meeting with directors/managers ( May not have to be all groups for this first round)
      • Get directors to prioritize their lists first
        • needs vs wants
        • define rules of engagement

Notes

  • Prioritization won't probably be done until we are a 1/3rd way through the quarter. This is not ideal and teams cannot sit on their hands and wait, but it is an exercise that we still do even if we are moving forward on educated guesses on priorities.
  • All all teams and projects are represented, but that is fine for this first round to get the conversation started.
  • Prioritization is going to be tricky
  • Question: What can we outsource on projects where we have internal bottlenecks?
