Notes

• Shipped the l10n milestones
• Submitted to release kickoff
• Rail reviewed, ran release runner
• Tagging of buildbotcustom failed due to problem with release runner code
  • I fixed it, and we restarted release runner w/ bumps/tag commented out.

Manually run post-push to mirrors builders

A reconfig happened after start_uptake_monitoring ran but before it completed. To fix, did the following

• Verified that 18.0b7 had lots of uptake through Bouncer: https://bounceradmin.mozilla.com/stats/uptake/?p=2214&p=2215&p=2216&p=2217
• Manually triggered all of the "final verification" builders, "ready for releasetest", and "almost ready for release" builders. (automation will trigger "ready for release".
