No special update work this time

Process problems around mirror push

Unusual email from RelMan, asking to push 27.0.1 to release & throttle at 10%. The usual 'push to mirrors' had been missed but not noticed, so we did the throttling request. In effect we made 27.0 available at 10% throttle.

• Rethrottled by putting AUS2_PRODUCTION on 1.286 and IT bug
• Ran push_to_mirrors builder after RelMan go

Then back to normal process for pushsnip and throttle @ 10%.

SSL only bouncer entry

Forgot to do this ahead of time (also missing from checklist and docs). Manual creation in bouncer, making sure to set SSL bit on product. Took another sentry run to get 302 responses instead of 404.

Add documentation.

MSN bundles

No longer need to do this after bug 964836, documentation removed.
