This is an intermittent issue that we've seen on nightlies a few times, already filed as bug 983291. Ben started a standalone repack to attempt this locale again.

Mac "or" repack failure

This repack failed with:

Looks like an actual issue with the locale or tools, but not sure. Filed bug 984842 and asked Axel for help.

Axel said that this is probably the previous locale (the aforementioned nn-NO) leaving bad state. Ben triggered another standalone repack to try this locale again.

Trigger "repack complete" builder

After the two standalone repacks completed, Ben forced the "repack complete" builder to kick the automation along.

Trigger "bouncer submitter" builder

The bouncer submitter is only triggered automatically for build1, and it didn't run for build1. Chris forced the "bouncer submitter" builder to get the 29.0b1 entries added to bouncer.
