tooltool was busted by bug 1037130, so the xulrunner mac build failed early. It happened to hit one of the few slaves that hadn't been fixed yet, so just a rebuild.

mac-signing4 stopped working, bug 1037260 and several mac repack builds failed out. 1/10, 2/10 and 10/10 were rebuilds, as most of the locales had failed (bld-lion-r5-068 failed a couple of 2/10 repacks before being disabled). 6/10, 8/10, 9/10 and 10/10 had single locale failures, so a standalone_repack builder was used to fill the gaps. Then forced the macosx_repack_complete builder. Filed bug 1037300 to handle this better.
