- Cleanup old 3.0pre nightlies on ftp.m.o

- Fix contrib*/ permissions
$> chmod 2775 /pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/3.0rc1-candidates/build2/contrib*
- Locales without a 3.0b4 don't get an automatically generated update (patcher limitation)
- en-GB: 3.0b1 3.0b3 3.0rc1
- gl: 3.0b2 3.0b3 3.0rc1
- ka: 3.0b1 3.0rc1
- sq: 3.0b1 3.0b3 3.0rc1
- vi: 3.0b2 3.0b3 3.0rc1
- zh-CN: 3.0a2 3.0a3 3.0b1 3.0b2 3.0b3 3.0rc1
Needs creating a patched moz19-thunderbird-branch-patcher2.cfg that only contains the locales of interest, and pretends like the gaps didn't happen.
So first, most of them (except ka) have a 3.0b3, so only missing 3.0b4.
Generate a patched patcher config file and run
