• updated release-localtest and release-cdntest rules and deleted version>=38.0 constraint to allow update tests for previous releases
• Depending on TD-drivers request we may need to do the same for the release rule (rule ID 170, with priority set to 91)
  • Updated both release rules (for >= 38.0 priority 91, and the general case priority 90) to point to Thunderbird-38.0.1-build1, with rate set to 0.
