Sec Review calendaring

• Goal: less meeting roulette
• One possibility is having a special "security review week", but that sounds unpleasant.
• Let's create ~4 standing calendar slots
  • (Common constraints: NZ 3-5 hours earlier and one day ahead; Europe ~9 hours later)
  • Monday & Wednesday 1-2 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday 10-11 AM
  • Jesse would prefer having more afternoon slots, and avoiding use of the morning slots except when Europeans are involved.
    • But soon there will be Europeans on the security team!
    • And curtis could only find these two afternoon slots, for people who frequently need to attend.
  • ICS subscribers will see the slots reserved (and freed if filled ~48h in advance).
